1. Introduction

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all digital advertising, creative, and marketing services provided by CREEKMORE MARKETING & DESIGN LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). Because our work is service-based, strategic, and custom-made, our refund conditions differ from standard retail purchases.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.

2. No Returns on Digital & Service-Based Work

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Paid media management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Creative campaign development & brand storytelling
  • Social media marketing & community management
  • Media buying & strategic planning
  • Branding, visual identity & creative production
  • Performance marketing & CRO
  • Content production (photo, video, short-form)
  • SEO, SEM & search visibility management
  • Marketing automation & email campaigns
  • Digital strategy & analytics consulting

These are services and digital deliverables that cannot be “returned” like physical goods. Therefore, standard product-style returns do not apply.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not automatic and may only be considered in limited circumstances, at our sole discretion.

3.1. Before Work Has Started

If you cancel a project before we begin work and before resources (time, tools, or team) have been allocated, we may consider a partial or full refund of any upfront payment or deposit.

3.2. After Work Has Started

Once we have begun working on a project—including strategy, research, campaign setup, creative work, planning, or any billable activity—deposits and payments become non-refundable.

This includes, for example:

  • Strategy workshops, audits, or consulting sessions
  • Campaign setup or restructuring in ad platforms
  • Content and copywriting for ads, landing pages, or emails
  • Design, video editing, or creative production
  • Technical tracking setup (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels)

3.3. Completed or Delivered Work

Once a service has been delivered, a campaign has been launched, or deliverables have been provided (reports, creatives, strategies, etc.), no refunds will be issued.

3.4. Client Delays, Inactivity or Non-Cooperation

If a client becomes unresponsive, repeatedly delays, or fails to provide required access, content, or approvals, we may pause or terminate the project. In such cases:

  • All payments already made remain non-refundable
  • Additional fees may apply to restart or reschedule work

4. Project Cancellations

Either party may cancel a project according to the terms set out in the Project Agreement. In all cases:

  • All completed work up to the cancellation date must be paid in full
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
  • Any committed third-party costs (tools, subscriptions, media spend management fees, etc.) remain your responsibility

5. Performance & Results

Digital marketing and advertising performance depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, competition, product, pricing, platform policies, etc.).

For this reason, we do not offer refunds based on:

  • Level of leads, sales, or conversions
  • ROAS/ROI or campaign profitability
  • SEO rankings or organic traffic
  • Social media reach, engagement or follower growth

6. Third-Party Costs & Media Spend

You may be required to pay or fund directly:

  • Advertising budgets on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Subscription tools (email platforms, analytics tools, etc.)
  • Hosting, domains, or SaaS platforms used in campaigns

These amounts are non-refundable and subject to the respective third-party provider’s policies.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend all ongoing work and access
  • Terminate the business relationship
  • Pursue legal action or collection procedures to recover outstanding amounts

We encourage you to contact us first to discuss any concerns or disputes so we can attempt to resolve them professionally.
